Vtron strives to make our service better and loves to hear your feedback. We realize that we may not always meet your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to reach out to us!

File a Complaint

You can file a complaint through customer service support on Vtron APP with different channels.

Resolving Complaints

Upon receiving your complaint, the designated team responsible for resolution will contact you within three business days. This person will investigate the matter, and may request additional information if necessary.

Timeframe of your Complaint

Vtron aims to resolve your complaint within 14 calendar days. However, if this is not feasible, we strive to resolve it within 45 days. If we are unable to respond within this timeframe, we will notify you of the reasons for the delay and inform you of your rights.

Notification of outcome

Vtron will communicate the outcome of your complaint through your preferred method of contact, typically via phone or email. If our response is not in your favor, we will provide a written explanation of our decision along with information about your rights.
