I hereby assign to Vtron all rights, titles, and interests in the information and feedback I provide, as well as any products or services that may incorporate or derive from such information. I understand that all tangible and intangible information, including technical specifications and other materials provided to me by Vtron, shall remain the property of Vtron. I acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement is intended to transfer or assign intellectual property rights from Vtron to me.
I understand the company may disclose information about me to:
I understand under circumstances in which the company may disclose my personal information would be to a Court, Tribunal or law enforcement agency in response to a request or in response to a subpoena, or other tax authority. From time to time, the company may also be required to provide information about me to a foreign law enforcement agency or foreign regulator.
By providing the company with my information, I consent to disclose my information to such entities without obtaining my consent on a case by case basis.
I understand that Vtron may, at its sole discretion, provide me with confidential information for the limited purpose of offering information and feedback. 'Confidential information' includes any information disclosed in any form regarding Vtron's products, services, ideas for improvement, user experiences, or any other information that could reasonably be considered confidential.

This Agreement and the provision of Confidential Information shall not be interpreted as granting me any rights, either expressly or implicitly, nor shall it establish any relationship between the Parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I agree to:
The Company will ensure an appropriate level of protection for personal data in order to prevent unauthorized access, processing or other use of that data, commensurate with the sensitivity of the data and the harm that would be caused by unauthorized access to that data. It is the practice of the Company to achieve appropriate levels of security by restricting physical access to data, providing secure storage facilities and incorporating security measures into equipment in which data is held. Measures are taken to ensure the integrity, prudence, and competence of persons having access to personal data and personal data is only transmitted by secure means.
